You grant Pensara permission to process your content to provide app functionality, including syncing, analysis, summaries, and related AI features.

5. AI Features

Pensara may provide AI-generated summaries, follow-up prompts, thematic insights, and narration outputs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some cases and should be reviewed with your own judgment.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Pensara is not a medical, psychiatric, crisis, or emergency service.

Content in the app is for reflection and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Pensara to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse services, interfere with system integrity, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pensara and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

Total liability for any claim relating to Pensara is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

11. Termination

You may stop using Pensara at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if required for legal, operational, or security reasons.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction designated by Pensara's operator, unless local law requires otherwise.
